Daylight Saving Time Information

On Sunday, March 9th, US clocks move forward 1 hour when Daylight Saving Time begins. For most of Europe (and locations east), Daylight Saving doesn’t start until Sunday, March 30th.
Therefore, since most MAA meetings (and closed Back-to-Basics Step Study groups) follow US Eastern Time, meeting times will be ONE HOUR EARLIER for those outside of the US for the three weeks between March 9, 2025 and March 30, 2025.
These time changes will be automatically reflected within the MAA Meeting Calendar and the Closed B2B Group Meeting Calendar.
For the five MAA meetings which are based on CET time, local meeting times will remain the same for those located in Europe, but will start ONE HOUR LATER for those in the US during the 3 weeks between March 9th and March 30th.
Group Sponsors in closed Back-to-Basics groups: Please be sure to inform your group members (and applicants) located outside of the US of these changes. Specifically, those members who live in Europe (and other parts of the East) will need to arrive for their daily meetings ONE HOUR EARLIER during the period between March 9, 2025 and March 30, 2025. This includes the upcoming Commitment Meeting on March 14, 2025.
Thank you!!
