I am available every day for my Closed Back-to-Basics time slot, which is 45 minutes on Monday through Thursday and 75 minutes on Fridays.

I have reviewed the Closed Back-to-Basics information above and am aware that this is an intensive program that requires daily assignments and regular meetings with an assigned sponsor.

I will attend each daily group meeting and am aware that I must have my camera on and be fully focused on the meeting at all times.

I acknowledge that my attendance at the 90-minute Commitment Meeting is mandatory, and I agree to be available to attend this session on Friday, January 3, 2025.
