April Business Meeting--2020

Dear Members of the Recovery From Media Time Drunkenness meeting,

 

The two PDF's below are our Secretaries report (thank you, Jane) from the two March business meetings we had last month. This week we will need moderators for the Sunday 8:15 ET meeting, Tuesday noon ET meeting, and Friday ET meeting. Please consider volunteering for one of these service positions.

We have several pieces of business to vote on this week and we are going to begin with voting on whether to lengthen our meeting time from 60 minutes to 75 minutes. We would end the sharing at 65 minutes and have 10 minutes to close the meeting and share outreach numbers. After this there would be a 15-20 minute after-meeting fellowship. In order to have this change happen we will have to begin using our new number which is: Phone: 978-990-5000
Access Code: 385-988#. If we accept the motion of a longer meeting we will have to figure out how to be able to use this number right away.
